My style is relational and affirmative, and I work collaboratively with my clients using psychodynamic and Jungian principles with Cognitive-Behavioral and Narrative techniques. And, I offer a unique modality, Walking & Talking - its therapy off the couch (except during COVID :-(). But, no worries, during this time of social distancing (COVID) I offer secure and confidential sessions using virtual platforms.
